The Position :

• We're looking for Construction Estimator. The pay range we're offering is based on experience.
• We offer paid vacation, holidays and retirement benefits.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in the Metal Fabrication Industry.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Must be able to read and analyze blueprints and project plans to prepare cost, material, and labor estimates.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment, be self-motivated, resourceful, and dependable with good time management skills.
• Ability to work well with customers and be customer-focused by communicating with co-workers and customers to provide excellent customer service.
• Strong understanding of various metal types, structural steel products, and Auto-Cad.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

Responsibilities:

• Estimate and take off projects and process customer quotes and sales orders.
• Recommend products based on specifications in blueprints and customer needs.
• Perform accurate and thorough take-offs.
• Prepare estimates with current software in accordance with company standards.
