Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to produce accurate, competitive estimates across a variety of environmental projects. The Estimator will prepare scope-of-work documents, cost breakdowns, and bid packages that support timely project startup and help win business. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Xactimate.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed and accurate estimates using XactimatePerform takeoffs and assist with bid preparation and submissionDevelop competitive bids and proposals, including line-item pricing and contingency planningEvaluate project risks, labor requirements, equipment needs, and material costsQualificationsProficiency with XactimateExperience preparing estimatesExperience performing takeoffs and preparing bid packages is preferredExperience with various estimating methodologies such as lump sum and/or T&M is a plusUnderstanding of abatement, remediation, construction or property restoration is preferredThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimator looking to join a growing environmental services organization.
