Job Description

A leading fabricator of custom architectural GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) products is seeking an Estimator with strong experience in architectural construction to join their team. The company is based in East Brunswick, NJ and specializes in rainscreen cladding, wall panels, stairs and other complex building components. They partner with architects, contractors and developers across the country to deliver high-quality, design-driven concrete solutions.
Duties include:
Reviewing architectural drawing sets, performing quantity takeoffs, preparing detailed cost estimates, and developing project proposals for clients. This role is central to their pre-fabrication process and requires close collaboration with sales, production, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Review architectural and structural drawing sets; Perform accurate and detailed quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam; Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and written proposals.
Job requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural or construction estimating, preferably with custom or specialty building products; Proficiency in Bluebeam for quantity takeoffs; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, formatting, analysis). #IND
