We are looking for someone who already has experience in construction sales and estimating, knows how to communicate with customers, take accurate measurements, understand the work being requested, and help turn leads into signed projects. We provide the leads and scheduled appointments. Most appointments will be residential construction projects involving asphalt, concrete, pavers, driveways, patios, walkways, drainage, and other exterior work. Weekend availability is very important, as Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are some of our busiest days for estimates. English and Spanish are both required. We work with customers who speak either language, so you must be comfortable communicating, explaining projects, discussing pricing, and selling in both English and Spanish. We are not looking for someone who needs to learn basic construction estimating from the beginning. We need someone with previous experience who is comfortable visiting a property, talking with the customer, measuring the project, taking pictures and notes, understanding what the project requires, and working toward closing the sale. At the beginning, you will work directly with the owner so we can get to know how you estimate, communicate with customers, and approach sales. Our goal is to find the right person who can gradually take responsibility for customer appointments and sales independently. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow. New Generation Asphalt and Concrete LLC is continuing to expand, and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and potentially develop this into a larger or full-time sales position as the business grows.

Pay:

$20-$25 per hour depending on experience, plus commission on closed sales. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, construction sales/estimating experience, and availability primarily on Fridays and weekends.
