We are looking for someone who already has experience meeting with customers, measuring jobs, preparing estimates, and closing construction projects. Most appointments will already be scheduled and leads will be provided by the company, especially on weekends. Our work includes asphalt driveways, concrete, pavers, patios, walkways, drainage, hardscape and other exterior construction projects. We need someone who can go to a customer's property, talk with the customer about what they want done, properly measure and evaluate the project, take pictures and notes, and work with the customer to close the job. English and Spanish are both required. A large part of our customer base speaks Spanish, so you must be comfortable communicating, explaining a project and selling in both languages. Previous construction estimating and sales experience is required. We are not looking for someone completely new to construction estimating. You should already be comfortable measuring and evaluating construction projects on your own. We will work together during the beginning so we can see how you estimate, communicate with customers and handle sales. Once we are both comfortable with how things are working, you will be able to handle appointments independently.

Schedule:

Part-time, primarily Fridays and weekends depending on appointments.

Pay:

$20

• 25 per hour depending on experience, plus commission on closed sales.

You must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and be dependable with scheduled customer appointments.
