We are looking for Estimator/ CAD Technician Project Manager who can work with high profile clients and showrooms for creating layouts and seaming diagrams by working with the staff and internal departments to develop installation plans and create detailed accurate estimates. As Well as

• Receive physical floor plans and blue prints and create CAD drawings
• Receive and measure paper templates and create CAD drawings
• Produce paper templates from CAD Drawing Ability to plan, predict, and anticipate future needs and act proactively to perform accurate take-offs Ensure estimates follow the customer scope of work Ability to interpret construction drawings and/or blueprints Strong ability to multitask and quickly transition between tasks Must be coachable, well organized, and possess strong analytical skills Ability to read, understand and follow required construction documents • Proficient in required construction estimating software • Excellent written and verbal skills • Strong numerical and analytical skills • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages • Strong leadership attributes • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, coworkers and vendors.

Digital Flooring Estimator to provide our sales force, customers, and flooring installers the required visual layouts and estimation documents for installing and ordering Carpet projects.

Energetic and dependable Strong knowledge and experience with estimating, project planning. Ability to read, understand drawings, specifications, scope of work and project schedules. Work Experience Project Estimator/Project Manager Celebrity Carpet Completed estimates and quotes per request Review all documents and identify project specific requirements. Measurements and identifying details of plans by reviewing floor plans. Construct quotes in our software Carpet experience a plus
