We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our team. Responsibilities Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial roofing projects. Review blueprints, specifications, and bid documents. Perform material takeoffs and labor calculations. Solicit and evaluate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors. Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings as needed. Collaborate with project managers, sales staff, and operations to ensure successful project handoffs. Submit bids within required deadlines. Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and general contractors. Stay current on roofing products, installation methods, and industry trends. Qualifications Experience estimating commercial roofing projects preferred. Knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal, and coatings. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong mathematical, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with estimating software is a plus. Excellent communication and time management skills. Valid driver's license.
