Construction Management LiRo-Hill, OGS Region 5 Overview We have an immediate need for an Estimator or Sr. Estimator to join the Design & Construction Team. The client for this project is the NYS Office of General Services (OGS). Come join our team! We are looking to build services and capabilities through the growth of our key asset- our staff.
- Manage all orders on contract for projects within the Division of Construction
- Region 5 Estimate and negotiate orders on contract with contractors in accordance with the contract
- Assist with the review of project claims when requested Develop cost estimates for project teams Position can be based at any of these upstate NY locations:
Comstock, Dannemora, Malone, Saranac Lake, Comstock, Rome, Marcy, Watertown Qualifications For Estimator :
Shall possess, at a minimum, four (4) years of experience respectively, in cost estimating, including the cost preparation/review of architectural, mechanical, electrical systems/components of building construction projects, along with the review/negotiation of cost proposals. Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, or associates degree with 2 years of construction estimating experience Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel- Experience with construction estimating software

Min $80,000- $109,000 The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.
