Junior / Entry-Level Engineer (AutoCAD Experience Required) We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who has hands-on experience with AutoCAD and is looking to develop within a professional engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, modify, and review technical drawings using AutoCAD Support senior engineers with design, drafting, and project coordination Ensure accuracy and compliance with company and industry standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines Assist with documentation and reporting as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-3 years of experience in an engineering environment Proficiency in AutoCAD is required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Good communication skills

Compensation:

Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 , based on experience Competitive salary with overtime opportunities. Performance-based bonuses and company profit sharing. Paid vacation and personal time off.
