Mon-Fri In-Office Only Salary:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour + benefits, depending on experience, flexibility for the right candidate
Type:
Direct Hire Key Responsibilities Quantity Takeoffs for materials and labor from conceptual design through working drawings. Gather and verify information from consultants to complete budget estimates. Confirm unit pricing using historical data and vendor contracts. Analyze construction costs against approved budgets and recommend corrective actions. Identify and price value?engineering opportunities, including alternate systems, materials, phasing, and installation methods. Coordinate subcontractor and vendor communication, pricing, RFPs, documents, and submittals. Assist with procurement to ensure timely project starts. Prepare reports, analyses, and documentation as requested by leadership. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent pre?construction experience. 2-3 years of quantity survey/takeoff experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with construction details, drawings, specifications, and related costs. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Procore and Bluebeam preferred.
