Parkview Homes is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. Position Overview The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and hands-on experience in all aspects of project estimating, including takeoffs, scheduling, and bid analysis. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and material takeoffs
• Analyze bids and support project planning, construction and scheduling
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines, completeness of construction and budgets are met Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of construction estimating experience (required)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of residential home construction, including framing
• Experience with AutoCAD
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent computer and organizational skills
