Job Description
Parkview Homes is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. Position Overview The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and hands-on experience in all aspects of project estimating, including takeoffs, scheduling, and bid analysis. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and material takeoffs
- Analyze bids and support project planning, construction and scheduling
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines, completeness of construction and budgets are met Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of construction estimating experience (required)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Knowledge of residential home construction, including framing
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent computer and organizational skills
