Known for their precision, integrity, and collaborative culture, they provide estimators with the tools and support needed to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Job Description As an Estimator, you'll be responsible for analyzing drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotes to prepare accurate and competitive bids. You'll collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, assess risks, and ensure estimates align with client expectations. Projects may include warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and commercial spaces. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines. The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, with a focus on light industrial or commercial projects. They are proficient in estimating software and Excel, and have a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and subcontractor markets. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a proactive mindset are essential. Experience with tilt-up, PEMB, or interior renovation projects is a plus.
