- Prepare detailed estimates and conceptual budgets for carpentry and interior construction projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify scope, risks, and opportunities
- Coordinate bid activities and collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Develop project costs, pricing strategies, and estimate deliverables for competitive pursuits

- 5+ years of estimating experience within commercial construction, carpentry, or interiors
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent industry experience
- Strong understanding of competitive bidding, conceptual estimating, and cost analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented professional with strong ethics, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities What's on
Offer Salary:
