We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from estimation through to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with client expectations and company standards. You will collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects based on client specifications and company pricing guidelines. Review project plans and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials. Develop project schedules and milestones and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Manage project budgets and expenses to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to oversee work progress and quality control. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project execution. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Estimator or Project Manager in the construction or related industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
