Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion, with a focus on healthcare environments. This role is ideal for someone who can balance both estimating and project execution while working on hospitals, labs, and other mission-critical facilities. Design-build experience is a plus. Responsibilities Manage mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through close-out Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements Prepare and review labor, material, and cost estimates, budgets, and proposals Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and field staff Oversee project schedules, costs, and overall performance Conduct site visits and attend project meetings as needed Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams Complete project close-out documentation Qualifications 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management, estimating, or a combination role Required experience working on healthcare projects (hospitals, labs, or similar environments) Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, and/or plumbing systems Bachelor's degree preferred, or HS Diploma/GED with relevant experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary (based on experience) Bonus opportunities Full benefits package (health, dental, vision) 401(k) with company contributions PTO + paid holidays Strong project pipeline with long-term growth potential
