Job Description

A well-established commercial construction company in the Greater Harrisburg / Mechanicsburg, PA area is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and bid proposals Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work Solicit and evaluate subcontractor/vendor pricing Identify scope gaps, risks, and value-engineering opportunities Work closely with Project Management and Operations Lead estimating efforts on larger commercial projects

Qualifications:

10+ years of commercial construction estimating experience Strong hard-bid estimating background preferred Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
