We work with general contractors, developers, and property owners to deliver high-performance roofing solutions with a focus on accuracy, quality, and long-term durability. Position Overview Integrated Construction Services is seeking a Roofing Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive bids for commercial roofing projects. This role is responsible for analyzing plans and specifications, performing quantity takeoffs, pricing work, and supporting the preconstruction process. Key Responsibilities Estimating & Preconstruction

• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for roofing systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, coatings)
• Develop accurate cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
• Prepare bid proposals and scope clarifications Cost Analysis
• Build and maintain unit pricing and assemblies
• Analyze historical cost data to improve estimating accuracy
• Ensure estimates meet company margin targets
• Identify value engineering opportunities Project Handoff
• Participate in project turnover meetings with operations team
• Provide detailed estimate breakdowns and budgets
• Support project managers with cost clarification Client & Team Coordination
• Communicate with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Assist with RFIs and pre-bid clarifications
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site walks as needed Qualifications Required
• 3+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and materials
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Proficient in Excel Preferred
• Experience in California commercial construction
• Familiarity with building envelope systems
• Experience with estimating software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, OST, etc.)
