We are looking for a friendly, motivated Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who enjoys working in a fast-paced, modern practice and takes pride in providing an exceptional patient experience. Schedule Full-Time No Weekends Duties & Responsibilities Assist chairside during a wide range of procedures including restorations, crown preparations, extractions, and more Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and assist with digital scanning Prepare and break down operatories Maintain sterilization and OSHA/infection control standards Build strong relationships with patients and help create a comfortable, welcoming environment Support smooth daily clinical operations RDA candidates may perform expanded duties including temporary restorations and additional clinical procedures permitted by licensure Requirements Dental assisting experience preferred Active RDA license preferred but not required Knowledge of digital dentistry and modern technology a plus Strong communication and patient care skills Friendly, team-oriented, and dependable attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Pay & Compensation $22-$32 per hour, depending on experience Bonus opportunities Medical benefits Dental benefits Paid time off (PTO) Supportive and growth-oriented team culture If you are looking for a long-term opportunity in a modern, supportive private practice where your work is appreciated, we would love to hear from you.
