This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both the technical side of landscape estimating and the practical realities of getting projects built. What You'll Do Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for commercial landscape projects Conduct job site visits, field measurements, and scope meetings Review landscape plans, drawings, specifications, and bid documents Perform material and labor takeoffs and develop project pricing Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing Use landscape design knowledge to develop practical and cost-effective solutions Prepare and manage submittals Prepare pricing and documentation for change orders Identify scope gaps, exclusions, and potential project risks Work closely with project management and field operations to ensure accurate project handoff Participate in pre-bid and post-bid meetings as needed What We're Looking For 5+ years of commercial landscape estimating experience Landscape design experience or strong knowledge of landscape design principles Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and construction drawings Strong knowledge of landscape materials, plantings, hardscape, irrigation, and installation practices Experience with submittals and change orders Strong estimating, mathematical, and analytical skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Experience with estimating/takeoff software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar is a plus Apply Today for
