Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator / Project Manager to join our team and drive the successful planning and execution of construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing project timelines, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your expertise will help us secure new business opportunities while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Duties Develop comprehensive construction estimates utilizing Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other estimating software to ensure precise pricing and cost control. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to negotiate contracts, scope of work, and pricing terms that align with project goals. Manage multiple projects simultaneously by creating detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet deadlines and financial targets. Oversee construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards, quality specifications, and contractual obligations. Monitor project progress through regular site visits, progress reports, and coordination meetings; proactively address any issues or delays. Control costs by tracking expenses, managing change orders, and implementing effective cost-saving strategies without compromising quality. Prepare detailed proposals, bid packages, and contract documents to secure new business opportunities while maintaining transparency with stakeholders. Skills Proficiency in construction estimating software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid is essential for accurate bid preparation. Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage contracts, pricing discussions, and scope adjustments with clients and subcontractors. Extensive construction site experience combined with construction management knowledge ensures practical oversight of ongoing projects. Expertise in cost control techniques, budgeting, scheduling, and project management principles to deliver projects efficiently. Excellent communication skills for clear coordination with team members, clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, contracts, and legal documents accurately. Familiarity with construction safety standards and quality assurance practices is highly desirable.
