Job Description
Paragon Wallcoverings LLC is a small paint and wallcovering company is seeking an estimating and or project manager partner to join our team. The ideal Canidate will have knowledge of estimating software and proven sucess on projects ranging from 50,000 to 500,000. Must be willing to seek new clients and opportunities. Experience in residential and commercial projects. Duties include but not limited to:
- Analyze blueprints to determine material quantities, material description, and location of installation for each project.
- Determining the amount of labor required to complete each project.
- Reply to emails regarding scheduling, Rfi's, material related information.
- Determine the potential profitability of paint and wallcovering projects to assist management in making billing decisions.
- Providing viable solutions to increase project profitability.
- Completing and submitting competitive project bids.
- Maintaining job scheduling and deadlines
