They deliver a diverse portfolio of public, institutional, commercial, life science, and renovation projects throughout Southern New England while maintaining a people-first culture focused on career growth. Job Description Lead and manage the entire estimating process for construction projects valued between $5M-$20M. Review plans, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate and competitive estimates. Coordinate subcontractor outreach, scope review, bid leveling, and proposal evaluations. Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analyses using estimating software and industry best practices. Collaborate with operations, preconstruction, and executive leadership throughout the bid process. Evaluate project risks, constructability considerations, and value engineering opportunities. Manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting aggressive proposal deadlines. Support public, institutional, higher education, commercial, laboratory, and life science project pursuits. Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Assist in developing estimating standards and best practices as the company continues to expand. The Successful Applicant 12+ years of construction estimating experience preferred. Experience estimating public, municipal, institutional, commercial, or similar projects. Must have experience managing estimates from concept through final proposal submission. Strong understanding of construction costs, subcontractor markets, and bid management. Proven ability to estimate projects ranging from $5M-$20M in value. Experience working within fast-paced bid schedules and 2-3 week turnaround timelines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, On-Screen Takeoff, and Bluebeam. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Residential construction experience alone will not be considered. What's on
