The Franklin office specializes in preconstruction and estimating services for regional clients, supporting pursuits and delivery of large-scale institutional and commercial projects. The Senior Estimator will lead the full budget lifecycle, providing accurate and competitive estimates, guiding design-phase cost input, and partnering with operations to ensure successful project outcomes.

What You Will Be DoingLead and manage the full budget lifecycle from conceptual design through bid, ensuring accuracy and competitivenessPrepare and present budgets and executive summaries to clients, clearly communicating cost drivers and risksOversee trade scoping and subcontractor bid analysis, ensuring full scope coverage and pricing accuracyPartner with Preconstruction and Operations teams to align project assumptions and support winning pursuit strategiesMentor and develop junior estimators, improving technical capabilities and consistency across the estimating teamWhat You Need for This PositionBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred7+ years of experience in construction estimating or preconstruction with a commercial general contractorAdvanced expertise in cost modeling, conceptual and detailed estimating, and risk management strategiesProficiency in Excel, Bluebeam, Procore, and OST or equivalent quantity take-off softwareStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlinesWhat's In It for YouFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ matching) and more!
