Responsibilities include:

Preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial and residential construction projects. Reviewing blueprints, specifications, and proposals to determine project scope and requirements. Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather accurate pricing and ensure competitive bids. Analyzing labor, material, and equipment costs to develop comprehensive estimates. Assisting in bid preparation and submission, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Tracking and updating estimates throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills needed:

Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
