Job Overview We are searching for a qualified individual who exhibits a firm dedication to performance as an Xactimate Estimator with high accuracy. The selected applicant will analyze job files and assemble required information to produce complete, precise scope estimates using Xactimate software.

Key Responsibilities Estimating:

Examine job records and gather essential information to construct thorough mitigation, repair, and personal property scopes utilizing Xactimate software. Produce precise, prompt estimates aligned with contract guidelines and requirements. Partner with appropriate operational teams to confirm proper invoicing.

Qualifications and Skills Experience :

Documented experience using Xactimate estimating software. Familiarity with

IICRC 500

guidelines.

Communication Skills :

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to

Detail :

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing and reviewing estimates.

Time Management :

Demonstrated capability to prioritize assignments and fulfill duties within designated timeframes.

Team Player :

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
