Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Commercial Painting Estimator with at least 2 years experience. Must be proficient in On Screen Takeoffs, Bluebeam and Excel. The ideal candidate will have expertise in plan reading, project management, organization, and people skills. Salary based on experience. Duties

• Estimate commercial painting projects from start to finish
• Utilize construction management skills to plan and execute proposals
• Implement cost control measures to ensure projects stay within budget
• Conduct on-site inspections and quality checks throughout the project Qualifications
• Proven experience in commercial painting projects
• Knowledge of construction site operations
• Familiarity with cost control methods in the construction industry
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members
