Server — Opening Team Carrollton, Texas | $4/hour + 100% of your tips | Bonus packages available About Us De Pho Sho is a new French-Vietnamese fusion restaurant opening soon in Carrollton, Texas. We pair elevated pho bowls with house-made croissants, alongside specialty coffee, pastries, and a full bar. We are building our opening team now, and we want people who are excited to help launch something new. As one of our first servers, you will help set the standard for how every guest experiences De Pho Sho. We are a growing business, and the people who grow with us will be first in line for new opportunities and leadership roles. Pay & Perks $4/hour plus tips. You keep 100% of your tips. Strong earning potential. With full alcohol service and an upscale menu, average checks run higher than a typical counter-service restaurant. Bonus packages available for all staff. Training on our menu, French-Vietnamese cuisine, coffee, wine, and beer. Certification support. No TABC or Food Handler card yet? No problem. We help you get your TABC Seller-Server Certification and Texas Food Handler Card. Room to grow into shift lead and leadership roles as we expand. What You'll Do Greet guests warmly and deliver attentive, polished table service Know our menu, wine, and beer list well enough to guide guests and make confident recommendations Educate guests on our dishes, from pho and Vietnamese favorites to house-made croissants and pastries, especially first-timers Serve alcohol responsibly and follow Texas alcohol laws, including checking IDs Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house team to keep service smooth, especially during busy shifts Keep your section clean, organized, and guest-ready Represent the De Pho Sho brand with warmth and professionalism What We're Looking For A genuinely positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Experience helps, but attitude matters just as much. A team player who communicates clearly with the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house Someone reliable and on time for every shift Comfort serving alcohol and guiding guests through a full menu Pride in elevated hospitality. This is an upscale, detail-oriented concept, not fast casual. Curiosity about food, coffee, and wine Requirements Must be 18 or older to serve alcohol in Texas TABC Seller-Server Certification (we can help you get it before your first shift) Texas Food Handler Card (we can help you get it within 30 days of hire) Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays Able to stand for long periods and carry trays and plates Nice to have: previous upscale or full-service serving experience; bilingual in English and Vietnamese, Spanish, or French How to Apply Ready to join our opening team?
