Job Description Prepare detailed cost estimates for CMAR and negotiated construction projects. Collaborate with project teams to develop pre-construction budgets and schedules. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Estimator should have: Experience with CMAR and negotiated project delivery methods. Familiarity with K-12, municipal, higher education, and healthcare construction projects. Strong analytical skills for reviewing project plans and determining costs. Proficiency in estimating software and tools. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. A commitment to delivering accurate and competitive estimates.
