Bridges Earthworks LLC is a growing earthwork and construction company focused on delivering high-quality site work, excavation, and marine construction projects . Most recent projects have consisted of armor stone shoreline protection, DMPA construction and maintenance, excavation of LNG berth areas, and dredging.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Project Manager / Project Estimator. This role is responsible for overseeing projects from initial bid through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate project estimates, bids, and proposals, for some Army Core Projects. Review plans, specifications, and project documents Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Track project progress and provide regular updates Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Handle change orders and cost adjustments as needed
Qualifications:
Experience with 2D and 3D CAD soft wear. Experience in construction, earthworks, marine construction, or related field preferred Strong understanding of project estimating and management processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
