Job Description

SERVPRO of Schertz Central Cibolo is a trusted leader in the restoration industry, specializing in water, fire, mold damage, and cleaning services. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, efficient services to our clients, ensuring their property is restored to its original condition. We are currently seeking a motivated Estimator/Office Administrator to join our team.
Job Summary:
As an Estimator/Office Administrator at SERVPRO of Schertz Central Cibolo, you will play a key role in preparing and managing estimates for water, fire, mold damage, and cleaning services. You will also be responsible for general office administration, including invoicing, communicating with adjusters and insurance companies, and ensuring seamless workflow within the office. Ideal candidates will have experience with Xactimate software and previous office administration experience, particularly within the restoration or construction industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate, detailed estimates for water, fire, mold damage, and cleaning services using Xactimate software. Communicate effectively with adjusters, insurance companies, and clients regarding claims, estimates, and project progress. Manage and track project schedules to ensure timely and accurate completion of restoration work. Send out invoices and estimates to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Maintain and organize client files and documentation in a secure and efficient manner. Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and partners. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and handling general administrative duties. Follow up with clients and insurance companies to ensure prompt payments and resolution of any issues. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Xactimate software to create estimates for restoration projects. Previous office administration experience, particularly within the restoration, construction, or insurance industries. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the insurance claim process and working with adjusters is a plus.

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
