Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for ground-up and renovation projects Review plans, specifications, and bid documents Manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously Collaborate with project teams, clients, and design professionals Analyze project risks and cost variables

Qualifications:

7+ years of estimating experience within a General Contractor environment Experience with commercial, educational, or light industrial projects Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing Proven track record of accuracy and consistency
