Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus opportunitiesPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join a growing electrical contracting organization. This position will be responsible for estimating electrical work for multifamily, podium, mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, and large-scale residential projects.

The ideal candidate has strong experience reviewing construction documents, performing electrical takeoffs, developing labor and material estimates, and working with vendors and subcontractors to prepare competitive and accurate bids.

Key ResponsibilitiesReview construction drawings, specifications, and addendaPerform electrical takeoffs and quantity surveysPrepare accurate labor and material estimatesSolicit, review, and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricingIdentify scope gaps, exclusions, risks, and potential cost issuesPrepare bid proposals, estimates, and bid summariesParticipate in pre-bid meetings and project discussionsTrack bid opportunities and maintain estimating pipelinesWork closely with project management, purchasing, and field operationsAssist with value engineering and budgetingSupport contract reviews and scope clarificationMaintain accurate estimating documentation and recordsRequired Qualifications3+ years of electrical estimating experienceStrong understanding of commercial and multifamily electrical systemsAbility to read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and construction documentsWorking knowledge of NEC requirements and electrical construction practicesStrong Microsoft Excel and computer skillsExcellent organizational and attention-to-detail skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple estimates and deadlines effectivelyPreferred QualificationsExperience with estimating software such as McCormick, Accubid, Bluebeam, Trimble, ConEst, or similar platformsPrevious field experience as an electrician, foreman, or project managerExperience estimating multifamily, commercial, hospitality, or large-scale residential projectsFamiliarity with Division 26, 27, and 28 scopesIdeal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is:
