Job Description

Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction is now offering an Estimating Internship in Draper, UT. The selected Intern will receive training from experienced Estimators in fields such as Heavy Civil / Highway, Commercial Concrete, Bridge Estimating, Concrete Paving Estimating, and Piling and Shoring Estimating. The Ralph L. Internship Work Schedule:
Summer 2027 (May
  • August) Monday
  • Friday
  • 7:30AM to 5:00PM (working hours could vary)
  • Possible part-time work during fall/winter semester (while attending school) Interns will assist the Estimators with: Data collection for bids Communicating with sub-contractors Calculating costs Visiting with Project Managers and Project Engineers Reviewing designs Organizing documents and data for estimating bids.
Interns must be proficient with Microsoft Office Applications; have an attention-to-detail mindset; be able to multi-task; and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Ability to read construction drawings is essential for this role. Dependable transportation to and from work is required. Junior or Senior (highly preferred) Minimum
GPA 2.75
