Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction is now offering an Estimating Internship in Draper, UT. The selected Intern will receive training from experienced Estimators in fields such as Heavy Civil / Highway, Commercial Concrete, Bridge Estimating, Concrete Paving Estimating, and Piling and Shoring Estimating. The Ralph L. Internship Work Schedule:

Summer 2027 (May

• August) Monday
• Friday
• 7:30AM to 5:00PM (working hours could vary)
• Possible part-time work during fall/winter semester (while attending school) Position_

Description :

Interns will assist the Estimators with: Data collection for bids Communicating with sub-contractors Calculating costs Visiting with Project Managers and Project Engineers Reviewing designs Organizing documents and data for estimating bids. Interns must be proficient with Microsoft Office Applications; have an attention-to-detail mindset; be able to multi-task; and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Ability to read construction drawings is essential for this role. Dependable transportation to and from work is required.

Position Requirements :

Junior or Senior (highly preferred) Minimum

GPA 2.75

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Science, or Construction Management Past construction work experience is preferred Work in an office environment most (if not all) of the internship duration
