Key Responsibilities:

As a Construction Estimator, you will: Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to prepare accurate cost estimates. Collaborate with project teams to determine labor, material, and equipment needs. Research and source pricing for materials, subcontractors, and vendors. Prepare detailed bid proposals and present them to stakeholders. Monitor project budgets and provide updates to ensure financial goals are met. Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project costs.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have: Proven experience as a Construction Estimator or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards. Proficiency in estimation software and tools (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst, or similar). Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
