Solomon Roof Inc. is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. This is an office-based position where you will work directly from our office location.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for roofing projects based on specifications and site inspections.
• Review project plans and drawings to assess the scope of work and material requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project managers.
• Provide timely and reliable estimates for both residential and commercial roofing projects.
• Ensure that estimates align with company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Estimator, preferably in the roofing or construction industry. Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Procore, Roofing Takeoff, or similar tools for creating and reviewing plans and cost estimates. Strong knowledge of roofing materials, methods, and safety standards. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
