About the Role We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Estimator to join a growing team supporting mission-critical infrastructure projects. In this role, you'll work with clients across industries such as data centers, healthcare, and education—helping deliver reliable generator solutions where uptime is essential. This position is ideal for someone who is technically curious, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in owning projects from start to finish. What You'll Do Prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates for projects Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to define scope and pricing Collaborate with customers, engineers, and internal teams to clarify requirements and timelines Support the sales team from initial inquiry through project award and handoff to production Track and manage quotes, follow up with customers, and contribute to improving win rates Learn and apply technical documentation including owner's manuals and submittal processes What We're Looking For Experience in estimating within manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or industrial environments Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with problem-solving skills Comfortable with college-level math and analytical thinking Interest in reading technical drawings; CAD experience or coursework is a plus Ability to break down complex projects into manageable steps and follow through to completion A creative, solutions-oriented mindset with strong deductive reasoning Self-motivated with a high level of ownership, drive, and ambition Preferred Backgrounds Candidates with experience in pump systems, plumbing, drafting, manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or similar technical/field service industries will excel in this role.
