Our client is seeking an Estimator to join their manufacturing team.

Pay:

$20.00/hour Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming RFQs (Requests for Quote) for completeness, accuracy, and potential issues.
• Identify missing information or details needed to prepare accurate estimates.
• Review powder and material requirements and obtain pricing as needed.
• Calculate part and project surface areas for estimating purposes.
• Prepare material estimates based on job requirements.
• Work with supervisory and production staff to determine appropriate run rates and production costs.
• Enter and maintain quotes within the company's quoting system.
• Update and maintain existing and previously quoted jobs.
• Process quotes for repeat customers and recurring jobs.
• Develop accurate estimates independently once trained in company estimating procedures.
• Process quotes when the Lead Estimator is unavailable.
• Review previous quotes and historical job information to assist with new estimates.
• Communicate with production and supervisory personnel to ensure quotes accurately reflect manufacturing requirements and capabilities.
• Follow established estimating and quoting procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in a supervisory or comparable position within a manufacturing environment preferred

Work Schedule:

40 hr/wk Monday - Friday #gov2025 EQUAL
