Multiple Builders Inc. is seeking an experienced Flooring Installer with proven skills in Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) and tile installation. This is a skilled installer position—not an entry-level laborer role. The ideal candidate can properly prepare surfaces, lay out materials, make accurate cuts, and complete flooring installations with limited supervision. Our company works on residential and commercial construction and remodeling projects throughout the Flagstaff area. We are looking for a dependable professional who takes pride in producing clean, durable work and treating customers' properties with care. Responsibilities Install LVP, ceramic tile, and porcelain tile Remove existing flooring and prepare areas for installation Inspect, clean, level, and repair subfloors as needed Accurately measure and lay out flooring materials Make clean cuts around walls, doorways, cabinets, and fixtures Install underlayment, transitions, baseboards, and trim Mix and apply mortar, set tile, grout joints, and complete finish work Identify site conditions that could affect the installation Calculate and communicate material needs Safely operate flooring tools and equipment Protect surrounding finishes and customers' property Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Coordinate with project managers, customers, and other trades Complete projects efficiently while meeting company quality standards Experience and Qualifications Professional experience installing LVP and tile is required Must understand the complete flooring installation process Must be able to perform installations independently with limited supervision Knowledge of proper subfloor preparation and leveling methods Ability to measure accurately and make professional-quality cuts Experience installing transitions, baseboards, and trim Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable attendance and professional communication Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to safely lift and handle flooring materials and equipment Must follow company and jobsite safety requirements References and photographs of completed flooring projects are strongly preferred Experience with laminate, hardwood, carpet, backsplashes, shower tile, or general remodeling work is helpful but not required.
