We are seeking experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented subcontractors to join our network of floor care professionals. Position Overview As a Commercial Floor Care Subcontractor, you will perform professional floor cleaning and maintenance services at assigned customer locations throughout the Phoenix metro area. Subcontractors will utilize equipment and materials provided by Sunsational Floor Care to complete assigned projects according to our established quality standards. Work will be offered on an as-needed basis, depending on project availability. This is not a guaranteed full-time position. Key Responsibilities Perform professional commercial floor cleaning and maintenance services. Clean and maintain tile, grout, and other commercial flooring surfaces. Operate professional floor care equipment safely and effectively. Inspect work areas and identify cleaning or maintenance needs. Follow project specifications and deliver high-quality results. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate professionally with customers and Sunsational Floor Care management. Properly maintain and care for company-provided equipment while in use. Complete assigned projects within agreed-upon timelines. Qualifications & Requirements Verifiable professional experience in commercial floor cleaning and maintenance. Experience with tile and grout cleaning. Knowledge of professional floor care equipment, cleaning methods, and safety procedures. Clean criminal background and driving record. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to assigned job sites. Ability to work independently and consistently deliver quality workmanship. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability. Ability to perform the physical duties associated with commercial floor care, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, and operating floor cleaning equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with floor repair, restoration, or water damage remediation. Experience working in commercial facilities, warehouses, or large-scale floor maintenance environments. Familiarity with various flooring materials and appropriate cleaning techniques. Compensation & Contractor Requirements Compensation is based on verifiable experience, qualifications, and the scope of each assigned project. Payment terms and project expectations will be established prior to the commencement of work. This position is offered on an independent contractor/subcontractor basis. Subcontractors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own workers' compensation insurance coverage, as applicable. Sunsational Floor Care will provide the equipment and materials necessary to complete assigned projects. Subcontractors are responsible for their own transportation to and from assigned job sites. Work is assigned on a project-by-project basis, with no guaranteed minimum hours or project volume.
