Position Summary:

As a One-Day Bath Installer, you'll be responsible for the demolition, installation, and finishing of tub and shower systems — all completed within a one-day time frame. You'll ensure every project meets our high-quality standards and leaves homeowners thrilled with their new bathroom. We have expanded our offerings to include tile. Obviously this won't be a one day remodel! We are looking for tile installers that do tub and shower surrounds in tile, as well as main floor tile in complete remodels.

Responsibilities:

Perform complete bathroom remodeling projects in one day, including removal of existing fixtures, installation of new systems, and cleanup. Install acrylic or solid-surface wall systems, shower bases, tubs, fixtures, and accessories. Ensure work meets company standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in bathroom remodeling, plumbing, construction, or similar trades. Experience with acrylic wall systems or one-day bath installations preferred. Basic plumbing and carpentry skills required. Must have own tools and reliable transportation. Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and professionalism.
