Full Job Description Experience Level:
Entry Level (No prior specialized experience required, but pay scales with any existing experience)
Core Role:
Supporting lead installers with manual labor, installation tasks, site cleanup, maintenance, and repair work.
Installation Support:
Helping lay down hardwood/wood floor coverings.
Maintenance & Repair:
Assisting with fixing or maintaining existing floor installations.
Job Site Clean Up:
Keeping the workspace clean, safe, and organized before, during, and after jobs.
Heavy Lifting:
Transporting flooring bundles, tools, materials, and equipment.
Strenuous Manual Work:
Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, and physical activity throughout the shift. Must be available for flexible hours , including extended shifts (longer hours) and weekend work when required by job schedules.
Pay:
Based on experience (DOE).
