Our company specializes in commercial and residential flooring installations, including ground-up construction, renovations, and tenant improvement projects. We install a wide variety of flooring products, including: Broadloom carpet Carpet tile Resilient flooring (sheet vinyl, VCT, LVT) Luxury vinyl plank (click and glue-down) Hardwood Tile Responsibilities Conduct on-site measurements and job detailing. Perform site inspections before, during, and after installation. Coordinate and verify that all materials are ordered, received, and ready for installation. Work closely with installers, project managers, and customers to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining clear communication and addressing customer needs throughout each project. Qualifications Previous flooring industry experience is required. Strong knowledge of commercial and residential flooring products and installation methods. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and use industry software. Proficiency in measuring and estimating software, including Measure Square and AutoCAD . Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
