You'll be stepping in as a Speech-Language Pathologist leave replacement with a start date of January 4th and an expected end date at the end of March, with the possibility of extension. You will serve 55 elementary students—both speech only and resource students—at a single site with steady hours from 7:30 to 3:00, totaling 35 hours per week. This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and have a lasting impact on young learners, all within a supportive and collaborative school setting.
Qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in California (SLP, SLP-CCC) Recent experience in a school-based setting preferred Familiarity with IEP process and documentation Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success Maintain timely and accurate documentation
