Whether you're just starting your career or have years of installation experience, we have an opportunity for you! We are currently hiring for three levels of installers: Apprentice Installer , Junior Installer , and Lead Installer . As an Installer, you'll work with a team to install premium holiday & permanent lighting and/or gutter systems for residential and commercial customers. This is a hands-on, outdoor position that requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience. Duties Apprentice Installer Assist the installation team with loading, unloading, and organizing tools, materials, and equipment Learn proper installation techniques for holiday & permanent lighting and/or gutter systems Assist with ladder setup, jobsite preparation, and cleanup Support Lead and Junior Installers with various installation tasks Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite guidelines Develop skills to advance within the company Junior Installer Assist with the installation of holiday & permanent lighting and/or gutter systems on residential and commercial properties Work alongside the Lead Installer on more technical installation tasks Operate installation tools and equipment safely and efficiently Help troubleshoot installation challenges while maintaining high-quality workmanship Ensure jobsites remain clean, organized, and safe throughout each project Provide excellent, professional customer service while representing the company Lead Installer Lead a three-person installation crew consisting of a Lead Installer, Junior Installer, and Apprentice Installer Install holiday & permanent lighting and/or gutter systems according to company standards Meet with customers on-site to review project details and answer questions Complete jobsite checklists and ensure all work meets company standards Train, mentor, and supervise Apprentice and Junior Installers Manage daily workflow, jobsite safety, and team productivity Communicate with the office receptionist regarding job progress, scheduling, and any customer concerns Ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional attention to detail Skills Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and seasonal environments Comfortable working at heights and using ladders safely throughout the workday Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting/carrying up to 50lbs of equipment, climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Excellent teamwork and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing jobsite conditions Previous construction, installation, roofing, landscaping, gutter, holiday/permanent lighting, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred (required for Lead Installer positions) This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying physically active, and seeing the results of their hard work at the end of each day.
