In this role, you will be responsible for expertly installing a variety of flooring materials, including ceramic, porcelain, stone, vinyl, and epoxy floors, ensuring precision and quality in every project. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute precise tile and flooring installations. Install various flooring types such as ceramic, porcelain, vinyl, epoxy coatings, hardwood, carpet, and laminate with attention to detail and craftsmanship. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for cutting, shaping, and securing tiles or flooring materials. Perform floor refinishing tasks including sanding, buffing, sealing, and water damage restoration to ensure long-lasting results. Conduct caulking, trim carpentry, fixture installation, and cabinet mounting as needed to complete the project scope. Maintain strict adherence to building material installation safety protocols and industry standards throughout each project. Qualifications Valid license as a Tile Installer or equivalent certification demonstrating professional expertise in flooring installation. Proven construction site experience with a strong background in building material installation and remodeling projects. Proficiency in construction estimating and interpreting technical drawings or blueprints. Skilled in handling hand tools and power tools used in tile laying, epoxy floor installation, hardwood floor installation, vinyl flooring, and carpet installation. Knowledge of construction plans related to flooring layouts and water damage restoration processes. Experience with floor care techniques such as buffing and refinishing to maintain high-quality finishes.
