Full-Time Floor Depot is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Flooring Specialist to assist customers with flooring products and installation solutions. The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable flooring options, preparing estimates, and supporting customers throughout the purchasing process. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting flooring products based on their needs, style, and budget. Explain product features, materials, installation options, and care requirements. Prepare product estimates and sales quotes. Maintain accurate product and customer information. Coordinate with customers, installers, and store team members. Keep flooring displays and showroom areas organized. Follow up with customers regarding orders and project details. Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process. Requirements Retail, flooring, home improvement, or sales experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products. Basic computer and order-entry skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flooring product knowledge is a plus.
