Tile Helper

• South Bay Full-Time | Entry-Level Opportunity with Growth We are hiring a Tile Helper to support our installation crews on high-end residential projects in the South Bay and penisula. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the trade and grow into a skilled Tile Setter over time. Work Location
• Current projects: San Jose, Los Altos, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Portola Valley, Woodside
• Ongoing work throughout the South Bay and Peninsula.
• Ideal for candidates living in the South Bay.
• Must be able to reliably commute to job sites Responsibilities
• Assist Tile Setters with installation work
• Move and stage materials (tile, other materials and tools)
• Mix mortar, thinset, and grout
• Help with surface prep and jobsite setup
• Clean and maintain an organized jobsite
• Support cutting and layout work as directed
• Work hours are typically 8:00 AM
• 4:30/5:00 PM Requirements
• Tile experience or relevant construction experience
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to lift 50-80 lbs regularly
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to commute daily to East Bay job sites
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and be I-9 compliant Compensation
