Artisan Custom Flooring is growing and looking for an experienced hardwood installer and sand/finisher to join our team full-time. We are looking for someone who is genuinely good at the trade, takes pride in their work, shows up when they say they will, and wants consistent year-round work without the headaches of running their own business. What you'll do Install solid and engineered hardwood, including nail-down, glue-down, and floating applications Sand, stain, and finish hardwood floors Handle layout, stairs, transitions, lace-ins, repairs, and subfloor prep Run clean, professional residential and custom-builder jobs Communicate with our team and take ownership of your projects What we're looking for Experienced hardwood installer and sand/finisher Strong understanding of layout, sanding sequences, edging, moisture, stain, and finish application High attention to detail and craftsmanship Reliable and shows up when scheduled Clean and respectful in customers' homes Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong second installers ready to step into a lead role are welcome to apply What we offer Full-time W-2 employment from day one Piece-rate pay that rewards skilled, efficient work Guaranteed hourly pay for approved non-production work Performance bonuses for quality and callback-free projects PTO and paid holidays after 90 days Company sanding machines and major equipment Steady year-round pipeline, typically 500 to 1,500+ SF of available hardwood work per week No finding customers, buying leads, or chasing payments Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding flooring company We care about craftsmanship and we take care of people who do great work.
